How to use the Launex Cognitive Pattern Check™
The intent is not for these questions to feel like a test but to form part of a natural conversation to observe natural reactions and responses. You can complete this in one sitting or spread the questions across the specific chosen time of day.
If you are repeating this once a week for a month, try to complete it at similar times of day to build a clearer baseline. You may also choose to repeat this periodically to compare changes over time.
Cognitive ability can fluctuate between:

Some items in this check (such as objects or shopping items) can be changed if needed. However, if you do make changes, make a note of what was used so patterns can still be observed over time.
What to pay attention to
This check is not only about the answers given, but how the answers are reached.

• Losing track of the question
• Changes in confidence
