Launex™ Coaching Professional — Group Block 6 is designed for professional groups who require meaningful depth, continuity, and time to embed change.

This format supports the same group of participants working together across six structured coaching sessions on a clearly defined issue, theme, or development focus. The extended block allows space for reflection, application, review, and recalibration, enabling learning and insight to translate into sustained behavioural and mindset shifts.

This option is particularly suited to work such as cultural or values alignment, leadership development, communication recalibration, role clarity, or navigating organisational pressure where change unfolds gradually rather than through isolated conversations.

Unlike shorter blocks, the six-session structure allows coaching to move beyond surface awareness into integration, supporting teams to test changes in practice and return to the coaching space with lived experience to reflect on.

Coaching is professionally facilitated, partnership-based, and grounded in recognised ethical coaching standards.
