Launex™ Coaching Professional — Group Block 3 is designed for professional groups who require continuity and depth beyond a single session, while remaining time-bound and focused.

This format supports the same group of participants working together across three structured coaching sessions on a clearly defined issue, theme, or development goal. The block structure allows insight to build progressively, supporting reflection, behavioural awareness, and alignment over time rather than one-off discussion.

Typical focus areas include mindset change, values alignment, communication patterns, leadership challenges, team dynamics, or organisational pressure points that benefit from revisiting and refinement across sessions.

Unlike single-session group coaching, this block assumes continuation and development. Each session builds on the previous one, allowing participants to test insights in practice and return with deeper understanding.

Coaching is professionally facilitated, partnership-based, and grounded in ethical coaching standards.
