Launex Coaching Group 4 – Single Session

Launex™ Coaching Group 4 – Single Session provides a structured, professionally facilitated coaching space for families or small groups of up to four people who are navigating shared challenges, complex decisions, or emotionally demanding situations.

This format is particularly suited to families affected by dementia-related changes, shared caregiving responsibilities, or communication strain, where multiple perspectives need to be heard, stabilised, and aligned. The session supports participants to slow the pace, clarify thinking, and engage in constructive dialogue within a calm, emotionally safe framework.

Coaching is person-led and dignity-focused, ensuring that each participant’s voice is respected while supporting the group to move forward together with greater clarity, confidence, and mutual understanding.

What Is Included

• 15-minute pre-session introductory call with the coach
• One 45-minute online group coaching session
• Up to four participants per session
• Structured, reflective facilitation grounded in ICF coaching standards
• Follow-up reflective prompts and relevant resources where appropriate
• Online delivery as standard

In-person coaching is available by arrangement and is subject to the standard Launex Travel & Accommodation Fee.
