This block allows coaching conversations to build across sessions — supporting reflection, action, review, and adjustment — while remaining fully centred on your priorities, values, and circumstances.
It is particularly appropriate where change takes time, decisions carry weight, or emotional and practical demands require steadier, ongoing support.

In-person coaching is available by arrangement and is subject to the standard Launex™ Travel & Accommodation Fee.

You will:
