While all options are grounded in the same professional coaching standards, the structure, intent, and outcomes of each pathway differ clearly. Choosing the right format ensures the coaching matches the organisation’s goals, timescale, and level of continuity required.

Launex™ Coaching Professional — Single Group Session (Per Person)

This option is designed for organisations seeking a stand-alone, one-off coaching intervention for a group of 6–12 participants.

A single group session is commonly used to:

• Address a specific issue such as communication, values alignment, or team dynamics
• Act as an exploratory or diagnostic session to understand deeper patterns affecting the team
• Support short-term clarity around leadership direction or team expectations
• Provide a reflective space following organisational change or transition

The session is self-contained. It begins and concludes within the allocated time, with no expectation of continuation unless the organisation chooses to progress further.

Many organisations also use this session as an entry point — either to inform internal decisions or to determine whether a more sustained coaching approach would be beneficial.

Pricing is charged per participant according to group size between 6 – 12 participants, providing flexibility for organisations working with variable team sizes.

Launex™ Coaching Professional — Group Block Sessions – Per-Person

Group Block Sessions are designed for organisations seeking focused development over time with the same group of participants.

This model applies when a group of 6–12 people engages in coaching across multiple sessions, all centred on a defined and consistent theme.

Unlike single sessions, Group Block coaching allows learning to deepen across time. Each session builds on the previous one, enabling reflection, application, and adjustment between sessions.

This option suits organisations that know what they want to work on, want continuity of participants, and value measurable progression rather than isolated insight.

Pricing is charged per participant for groups of 6 – 12 participants, reflecting the sustained commitment and continuity involved.

A standard £300 travel & accommodation fee applies per on-site coach when delivered in person.

The Coaching Package is designed for organisations seeking ongoing professional coaching as a continuous organisational resource, rather than a fixed programme.

This model supports groups of 6–12 participants per session, but participants, focus areas, and session objectives may vary over time.

Coaching Packages are commonly used when organisations:

• Want access to coaching across different teams or roles
• Require flexibility to respond to emerging issues
• Are embedding coaching as part of leadership or workforce development
• Need continuity of coaching without locking into a single theme or group

Sessions within a package may address different topics, support different staff groups, or shift focus as organisational priorities evolve.

Because structure, frequency, and scope vary, all Coaching Packages begin with a Professional Enquiry. This allows the coaching to be designed around the organisation’s needs and quoted as a single package fee, providing predictability while retaining flexibility.

This option suits organisations seeking a longer-term coaching relationship, rather than a defined start-and-end programme.

Launex™ Coaching Professional – Team Development Day

A full-day, on-site coaching experience for teams seeking meaningful cultural and behavioural progression

The Launex™ Coaching Professional – Team Development Day is a highly focused, fast-paced coaching facilitation designed to strengthen emotional resilience, communication clarity, and team cohesion.
Sessions are delivered directly at the organisation’s premises to ensure all activities fit the indoor space while remaining practical, engaging, and purpose-driven.

What the Day Includes

• Full-day (6.5 hours total) coaching programme
• Structured coaching dialogue, reflective exercises, and communication practice
• Bespoke session design tailored to the organisation’s goals
• Reflective tools, coaching materials, and facilitated activities
• Two 15-minute breaks + 45-minute lunch
• Indoor-compatible activities — requiring no external equipment
• £300 standard travel & accommodation fee per coach

• Delivered at the organisation’s premises only
• Catering, venue hire, and refreshments remain the responsibility of the organisation
• Groups over 12 participants may require an additional coach
• Reduced £150 rate applies for additional days within multi-day bookings

Launex™ Coaching Professional – Booking Process

Launex™ Coaching Professional bookings reflect the structure and purpose of each coaching pathway.
While Single Group Sessions and Group Block Sessions follow defined formats, Coaching Packages require bespoke design based on organisational context and objectives.

Because professional groups begin at 6 participants, all bookings are arranged directly through Launex.

To proceed, organisations complete the Professional Enquiry Form, which initiates the Professional Coaching booking process.

All Professional Coaching engagements begin with an initial needs analysis. This discussion is used to understand scope, context, objectives, and practical considerations. A tailored quotation is then prepared based on the needs identified.
