Coaching Booking System

Some coaching services are offered at fixed rates, while others are delivered on a bespoke basis and quoted individually. Booking your coaching session is straightforward: choose the coaching option you need, add it to your basket, and complete payment securely online.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will remain signed in to your Launex account and see an on-screen confirmation message. From there, you can book your session immediately via the Launex Coaching Calendar.

A confirmation email will also be sent to you as a record of your purchase and includes your booking details. All coaching prices listed below are based on online delivery.

If you are using discounted coaching rates, please ensure your Launex™ Coaching Membership is purchased first — membership must be active before checkout for discounts to be applied. Block sessions and group coaching must be paid in full before their booking steps unlock.

How Booking Works After Purchase

If you purchase multiple sessions, your booking calendar remains accessible through your Launex account for all remaining sessions in your block. You can return at any time to book your next session(s) without needing to repurchase or wait for further emails.

Travel & Accommodation Fee for In-Person Coaching

A standard £300 travel and accommodation fee applies per in-person coaching day, per onsite coach.
This covers all mileage, travel, overnight stay, and logistical preparation.
For locations requiring extended travel (e.g., Scotland, Wales, Northern England, Northern Ireland), a custom quote will be provided.

Launex™ Coaching Professional

Professional coaching for leadership teams and organisational groups is offered through three clearly defined formats, each designed for a different operational need.

Professional Coaching — Single Group Session (Per-Person)

A focused, one-off group coaching session for teams who need immediate clarity, alignment, or insight.

The “Professional Repeat Rate” applies when teams book follow-up sessions within the same development cycle.

Launex™ Coaching Professional Group Block Sessions (Group 6 – 12 Participants)

Structured coaching delivered to the same group of participants over a defined period, focusing on a single agreed development theme, supporting continuity and measurable progression.

Professional Coaching — Booking Process

For professional and organisational coaching, pricing depends on group size, session structure, and repeat-booking eligibility.
Because groups start from a minimum of 6 participants, and many organisations require tailored arrangements or multi-team bookings, all professional coaching purchases are handled directly through Launex.
