Launex Travel & Accommodation Fee

The Launex™ Travel & Accommodation Fee applies where on-site coaching or training delivery requires extended travel, overnight accommodation, or additional logistical arrangements.

This fee covers reasonable travel time, transport, and accommodation costs associated with delivering Launex™ services on location. It is applied only where required and will always be confirmed with the client in advance.

Pricing Structure

• £300 per coach, per training day — base travel and accommodation fee
• £150 per additional night, per coach, applied from Day 2 onwards, where overnight accommodation is required

This fee is calculated per coach and per delivery day, not per participant.

UK & International Travel

The above pricing applies to mainland UK delivery.

For delivery locations requiring additional travel arrangements — including but not limited to Northern Ireland, offshore locations, or outside the United Kingdom — travel and accommodation costs are quoted separately.

Any such requirements will be discussed and agreed with the client prior to confirmation of delivery.

When This Fee Applies

• On-site coaching or training requiring overnight stay
• Multi-day on-site programmes
• Delivery involving extended travel beyond standard local expectations
• Locations requiring additional logistical planning

This fee is not automatically applied at checkout and is added only where applicable following confirmation of delivery details.
