Launex Team Development Day

The Launex™ Team Development Day is a full-day, on-site coaching and facilitation experience designed for teams who need space to reconnect, refocus, and work more effectively together.

This is not a fixed programme or a scripted workshop. The day is professionally structured, but its direction is shaped by the people in the room and the outcomes agreed with the client in advance.

Some teams arrive with a clearly defined focus, such as communication breakdown, leadership development, values alignment, or problem-solving. Others arrive needing time away from day-to-day pressure, without yet being able to articulate what is not working. Both are valid starting points.

Throughout the day, coaching conversations, reflective exercises, and team-based activities are used flexibly to support insight, engagement, and movement forward. The balance between discussion, activity, and reflection may shift as the day develops, responding to the group’s energy, dynamics, and needs.

In some cases, the day may include:

• Coaching conversations focused on shared challenges or direction
• Facilitated exercises that support cohesion and trust
• Activities that reveal strengths, patterns, and potential leadership capability
• Structured problem-solving and reflection
• Space to step back from routine roles and pressures

Participants may not experience the day as “being coached” in a traditional sense. Instead, the focus is on creating the conditions for clarity, collaboration, and renewed momentum to emerge naturally.

For larger teams, additional facilitation support may be required to maintain quality and engagement. This will be discussed and agreed in advance.

The content and flow of the day are agreed with the client in advance and may adapt in response to the team as the day unfolds.

Pricing

This service is priced as a single full-day delivery for teams of up to 12 participants.

Where team size exceeds this number, an additional coach may be required. Any adjustment will be discussed and agreed with the client prior to delivery.
