Launex™ Coaching Professional — Group Block 9 is designed for professional groups who require long-term coaching support to address complex, embedded, or evolving challenges.

This format supports the same group of participants working together across nine structured coaching sessions on a clearly defined topic, issue, or development goal. The extended block allows coaching to unfold over time, supporting deeper reflection, application in practice, review, and recalibration as learning is integrated into day-to-day working life.

This option is particularly appropriate where meaningful change requires consistency, trust, and repeated engagement — such as cultural or values alignment, leadership mindset development, sustained behavioural change, or navigating prolonged organisational pressure.

Unlike shorter blocks, the nine-session structure allows coaching to move beyond awareness and experimentation into consolidation and long-term alignment. Each session builds on previous work, enabling insight to mature into durable change.

Coaching is professionally facilitated, partnership-based, and grounded in recognised ethical coaching standards.
