Launex™ Coaching One-to-One – Block of 9 Sessions is designed for individuals who require extended coaching support over time.

This option allows coaching work to unfold across multiple stages — creating space to explore complex situations, test decisions, revisit priorities, and strengthen clarity and confidence as circumstances evolve. Sessions build on one another, supporting both insight and practical forward movement.

This block is well suited where challenges are ongoing, emotionally demanding, or require careful, considered navigation rather than quick resolution.

• 1 × 15-minute individual pre-session introductory call
• 9 × 45-minute individual coaching sessions

• Flexible booking within a 12-month period
• Online delivery as standard

In-person coaching is available by arrangement and is subject to the standard Launex™ Travel & Accommodation Fee.
