Launex Coaching Group 4 – Block 9

Launex™ Coaching Group 4 – Block of 9 Sessions is designed for families or small groups who require extended coaching support over time.

This format allows coaching work to unfold across multiple stages, providing space to explore complex shared situations, revisit decisions, and strengthen communication as circumstances evolve. Sessions build on one another, enabling reflection, adjustment, and consolidation rather than one-off problem-solving.

The extended block is particularly appropriate where challenges are ongoing, emotionally demanding, or require careful, collaborative navigation. Coaching is held within a calm, professionally facilitated environment that supports dignity, balance, and constructive dialogue.

Coaching remains person-led and dignity-focused, ensuring each participant’s perspective is respected while supporting the group as a whole.

What Is Included

• 15-minute pre-session introductory call with the coach
• 9 × 45-minute online group coaching sessions
• Up to four participants per session
• Structured, reflective facilitation grounded in ICF coaching standards
• Follow-up reflective prompts and relevant resources where appropriate
• Flexible booking within a 12-month period
• Online delivery as standard

In-person coaching is available by arrangement and is subject to the standard Launex Travel & Accommodation Fee.
