Family Pathway – Coaching – Block 6
This coaching block includes six individual Family Pathway coaching sessions, created for people who are actively completing the Dementia Care & Understanding: A Family Pathway course and need ongoing emotional and relational support.
Block 6 is suited to situations where dementia is having a persistent impact on emotional wellbeing, family relationships, identity, or day-to-day coping — and where one or two sessions are not enough.
Family Pathway Coaching exists specifically for the residue dementia leaves behind: the emotional strain, relationship shifts, internal conflict, grief, fear, guilt, and mental fatigue that can surface as learning deepens and reality sets in.
This coaching may support you with:
- Ongoing emotional overwhelm or mental exhaustion
- Repeated or escalating family tension
- Processing prolonged uncertainty or slow progression
- Identity disruption and role changes within the family
- Emotional regulation and rebuilding internal steadiness
- Maintaining resilience while continuing the course
What this coaching is not
Family Pathway Coaching does not:
- Teach or repeat course content
- Explain neurological or behavioural frameworks
- Replace the Family Pathway training
- Provide medical, legal, or financial advice
- Function as therapy or crisis intervention
It is structured coaching support focused on emotional processing, reflection, and stabilisation alongside the course.
Eligibility
Available only to individuals or families who have purchased one or more elements of the Family Pathway course.
This block is offered at a reduced rate for that reason.
