The Launex™ LDCS Pathway – 5 Day Programme is an intensive, trainer-led dementia care training programme delivered on-site for professional care teams working in regulated environments.
This programme is designed for organisations that require focused, immersive training delivered over a condensed timeframe. It provides carers with deep understanding of dementia, behaviour, emotional communication, and person-led responding, enabling teams to deliver safer, calmer, and more consistent care.
