Launex™ Membership Options
Launex™ memberships are designed to make support more accessible, more affordable, and deliver a personal experience. Whether you choose the paid coaching membership or the free dementia support group, each Launex™ membership strengthens your journey with practical community connection and ongoing support.
Launex™ Coaching Membership (Annual auto-renew – £100)
The Launex™ Coaching Membership is designed to make long-term support more accessible by offering ongoing financial relief through discounted coaching options. Instead of paying full price for every session, members receive reduced-rate access to One-to-One coaching, group coaching blocks, and selected courses—supporting meaningful, sustainable transformation over time. It removes the barrier of unpredictable costs, giving families and professionals the confidence to plan ahead while still receiving high-quality, personalised experiences. It does not include coaching sessions itself – instead, it provides access to discounted coaching options and priority whenever you choose to book.
Key benefits:
- Occasional member-only news and invitations as Launex grows
- Ongoing discounted rates on eligible Launex™ Coaching sessions and packages for the term of your membership
- Reduced rates on selected courses and training events
- Access to a member hub with extra tools, updates, and member-only resources
- Priority booking for One-to-One and Group Coaching Blocks when spaces are limited
How Coaching Sessions Work With Membership
The Launex™ Coaching Membership provides access to discounted rates, priority availability, and ongoing support, but it does not include coaching sessions themselves.
Coaching sessions and block packages are purchased separately. Once a session or block is purchased, booking is completed through your Launex Account → Coaching Calendar, where you can select available dates and times.
Your calendar access remains available for all remaining sessions in a purchased block, allowing you to book future sessions at your own pace without repurchasing.
Because members receive immediate value from the moment they join — through discounted access, priority booking, and member-only benefits — the annual term value of the membership programme is greater than the membership fee itself. For this reason, the Launex™ Coaching Membership is non-refundable. The Launex™ Coaching Membership is an annual, auto-renew, non-refundable membership.
You do have the right to cancel your membership 45 days before the annual renewal date.
