While sessions encourage open reflection, participants are encouraged to share only what feels comfortable and should avoid sharing personal details about people who are not present — both during the coaching session and outside of it. Personal information shared within the group remains confidential. The coach will maintain confidentiality within the ethical boundaries of coaching, safeguarding, and GDPR requirements.

Coaching sessions focus on reflective practice, professional clarity, emotional resilience, and collaborative problem-solving — always respecting client autonomy and organisational goals.

With groups starting from a minimum of 6 participants, and many organisations require tailored arrangements or multi-team bookings, all professional coaching purchases are handled directly through Launex.

Launex™ Coaching Group Professional Team Development Day
A full-day, on-site coaching experience designed to strengthen emotional steadiness, communication clarity, collaboration, and a healthier team culture within your organisation. Sessions are delivered at your premises to ensure all activities are adapted to the available indoor space while remaining practical, engaging, and purpose-driven.
This development day is structured as a fast-paced, highly focused facilitation that combines coaching dialogue, reflective exercises, communication practice, and collaborative problem-solving. It supports real-time insight generation and tangible behavioural shifts—without relying on entertainment-style activities.
To maintain high-quality facilitation and active participation, the standard day rate covers groups of up to 12 participants. Larger groups may require an additional coach, quoted separately.

- Full-day (6.5 hours total) on-site coaching day – including two 15-minute breaks and a 45-minute lunch break
- Pre-session briefing & preparation
- Bespoke session structure tailored to your organisation’s goals
- Coaching materials, reflective tools, and structured reflective activities
- Interactive coaching activities adapted to your indoor space
- A standard £300 Travel & Accommodation fee applies per on-site coach for a coaching or training day.

- This day is delivered at the organisation’s premises only
- External venues, catering, refreshments, activity supplies, or additional equipment are not included and remain the responsibility of the organisation
- Activities are indoor-compatible and do not require special equipment.
- For groups larger than 12, an additional coach is required to maintain quality and safety.
- A standard £300 travel and accommodation fee applies per on-site coach, per coaching or training day.
- For multi-day bookings, the reduced £150 additional-day rate applies per coach
Travel & Accommodation Fee
A standard £300 travel and accommodation fee applies per on-site coach, per coaching or training day. This covers all travel, mileage, overnight stay where required, and logistical preparation.
For multi-day bookings, a reduced rate of £150 per additional day applies to cover ongoing accommodation and associated costs.
For national locations requiring extended travel (e.g., northern England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland), travel will be quoted individually to ensure the most practical and cost-effective option (train, flight, or additional accommodation).
