Who Family Pathway Coaching Is For

Family Pathway Coaching is a separate coaching product exclusively available to people who have purchased one or more elements of the Launex™ Dementia Care & Understanding: A Family Pathway Course.

These sessions support you with real-life situations that connect directly to the phases, frameworks, and concepts you’re learning — so you can make sense of what’s happening and respond with steadiness, confidence, and direction; they do not replace training or provide clinical or professional advice.

How Family Pathway Coaching Support You

Family Pathway Coaching is designed to help you work through:

• Situations in the dementia journey where you’re unsure what the next step should be
• Emotional strain, guilt, fear, frustration, and inner conflict that affect decision-making
• Applying the course frameworks to the real-world behaviour you’re seeing
• Understanding what is happening neurologically and behaviourally in your loved one
• Planning decisions with more clarity, including safety, routine changes, or future care
• Strengthening your own emotional resilience and ability to cope under pressure
• Identifying what matters right now, what can wait, and what needs attention first
• Regaining a sense of control when the journey feels overwhelming
• Reconnecting with your own internal stability so you can support your loved one better

The Family Pathway Coaching stays strictly aligned with the Family Pathway Course —
supporting your thinking process, your emotional bandwidth, and your real-life decision points as you go through the phases.

Family Pathway Coaching Blocks

Each coaching block includes the number of individual sessions shown and can be booked flexibly as needed within a 6-month period.

To receive member rates, simply ensure you are logged in with an active Launex™ Coaching Membership.

Your My Launex Account is where you manage bookings, access your purchased coaching, courses, and training, view session details, and return at any time to continue or schedule what you have already purchased.

Family Pathway Coaching and other coaching options are available online or in person. In-person coaching fees apply.

What The Family Pathway Coaching Is Not

Family Pathway Coaching does not replace:

• Launex™ One-to-One Coaching, or
• Launex™ Group 4 Coaching

Those services provide support for complex, long-term, or highly individual situations that sit outside the boundaries of the Family Course.

If you are facing deeper or ongoing circumstances — such as major safety decisions, multi-family conflict, long-term planning, distressed behaviours, or challenging relational dynamics — you may prefer to book:

• Launex™ Group 4 Coaching

Launex™ Family Pathway Coaching gives you steady, grounded support so you can understand what’s happening, respond with confidence, and make decisions that feel right for your family.
